UK Look Ahead
10th September 2017

Cool and Very Windy

The autumnal feel will continue for the next week to 10 days as another deep low sweeps through the UK leaving a cool northerly flow in its wake.

Monday will be windy with bands of showers moving south East, especially over northern areas. Tuesday the better day of the week but still with a few showers before rain and gales sweep north and east over the uk Tuesday night and through Wednesday.

The remainder of the week will see a strong northerly westerly wind dominate to bring a mixture of sunshine and showers, the strongest of the winds and more frequent showers in the east.

Signs that high pressure will edge in from the west next weekend killing off the showers and easing of the winds, staying cool though
