We have some stinkers nowadays but is this one the worst?
Coming up to February and I don't even think we've had widespread frosts never mind snow?
Any hope of forecasted wintry weather is usually washed away, literally, soon after.
So is this the worst or is this becoming the norm?
Worst / mildest winter in recent history?
