2015/16 & onwards MaddenExpress

Does anyone want to place a bet on when the MaddenExpress train will depart non-stop to Bullshitville this year? Every year without fail we get the "horror winter; coldest for 100 years; snow from November to March; country crippled" etc.

The same crap gets published even after winters so mild that I labelled the 13/14 one: Diablo Winter. So, do we reckon August is too soon? September perhaps?
