Halloween and bonfire night weather

Post #1 by KTtom » Sun Oct 16, 2016 7:20 am

Starting up a thread in the run up to Halloween and bonfire night to see what the major models are showing. It's a bit early for bonfire night, but for Halloween night the chart from the gfs model shows the current pattern we have been experiencing (apart from this weekend) is still holding firm, I. e. High pressure dominant to the east north east and over the UK. So dry, light winds temperatures only a few degrees above freezing and mist and fog likely later in the night.

With over 2 weeks to go, things may well change so keep checking this thread and we will include bonfire night when it gets into range of the models.
