Update to the rules having chatted to missy - The judgement for this will by @missy (Thank you). As she is pretty much central and as the boss suggests it will be for the first snow to cover and lay on the ground past midday.
If the snowfall happens overnight and we miss it (if its snowing I don't think many of us will be sleeping), then a judgement call will be made for that date!!
Unless I can convince my boss that he wants to donate a weather station, this will be just for fun and a free life membership to the forum!
