Feeling really sad

Post #1 by wittykitty » Fri Sep 04, 2015 9:17 am

My elderly cat (bless her, she's about 24) has not been well for a awhile now, getting really tottery, not holding her weight etc. I woke up this morning and she's worse than ever, so I've booked an appointment with the vet for tonight. I have a feeling it will be her last visit so am feeling really sad today. We've had her for about 15 years so she's had a very good innings. It may be that she'll fight another day, but I just have a feeling, same feeling I got when we took our lovely Lily to the vet that time.

Just wanted to say that you should never take a second with your pets for granted, they are amazing companions and bring so much joy and laughter into our lives.

Blessed be, from a very sad Kitty this morning.

It's snowed so hard here I can't find where I parked my unicorn....
