The cycle continues!
The weather seems to be stuck in a weekly cycle at the moment with the next 7 days being no exception.
Once ovenight rain clears from the south the first half of the week will see a cold northwesterly airstream over the UK with rain and snow showers for northern areas, sunny and crisp elswhere.
Mid week sees the potential for a channel low, once again this will deliver rain for the far south with snow likely on its northern edge.
A return to dry and bright co ditions for Friday, before the wind strengthens, temperatures rise and wet weather returns for the weekend, especially for the west.
